1. General Information
Royal Comfort Ride (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides premium airport transfers, taxi services, and personalized day trips in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and surrounding areas. By using our services or website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to book services. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Booking Procedures

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through authorized third-party platforms.

• Accurate personal information must be provided (name, contact, number of passengers, travel dates, destinations).

• Confirmation of booking is valid only after payment is received or authorized.

• Any additional requests (child seats, luggage, pets) must be indicated at the time of booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.

• Payment options include online payment, bank transfer, or cash payment to the driver.

• Prices may change due to seasonal demand, special events, or vehicle availability, but confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted price.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, may incur a fee of 50–100% of the booking amount.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Modifications by Us

• We may change routes, pick-up times, or vehicles due to traffic, weather, or operational needs.

• Customers will be notified promptly of any major changes.

• In rare cases, we may offer a full refund or alternative transfer if the service cannot be provided.

7. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers must arrive on time at pick-up locations.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.

• Passengers must follow safety instructions given by drivers.

• Any damages caused to vehicles by negligence or intentional actions will be charged to the passenger.

8. Special Conditions

• Children must use appropriate car seats or boosters; it is the passenger’s responsibility to request them.

• Pets are allowed only if pre-approved and may incur an extra fee.

• Alcohol or drugs are prohibited during the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather, road closures, or third-party actions.

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle or refund if possible.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting on the website.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU regulations.
